Centaur Redemption is the fourth book in the touched series by Nancy Straight. I'm sad to see this series come to an end, but the whole story gets perfectly wrapped up. No loose ends. No unanswered questions. Lots of twists! The Greek gods play a big role within this story, plus we're introduced to the higher ups of Centaur society. This series offers many supporting characters. Sometimes it's easy to get lost in the details when you have several characters to keep track of. That wasn't the case with this series. Each character was significant. Each character had a purpose within the plot. There was so much going on within Centaur Redemption. It was a fast read simply because I couldn't put it down. At times, I was really worried about Drake or Cam or other characters. I may have even shed a tear or two at one point. I love this world that Nancy created. I could get lost in it, and I'd never want to be found. This is an amazing series!

I almost never win when I play Angry Birds, but have my 9 year old close, so he can clear the hard levels for me. I grew up on a farm and am opposed to eating fresh chicken (not opposed to meat - just opposed to any meat that was alive a few hours before lunch). I am a huge fan of the show, Big Bang Theory, on CBS. I share my life with two fantastic sons, three rotten dogs and a husband that I adore.

My Review:

Centaur Rivalry is the third book in the Touched Series by Nancy Straight. You need to read the first and second book before reading this book. There is so much that happens and so much critical information you need to know to fully have a grasp of what's going on. This series gets better and better with each book. I knew things were about to get rough, but I had no idea just how hard things would get for Cami and Drake. Whew!! We also get to meet some new characters and with them comes some possible new romances. I'm not a fan of Cami's brother. He doesn't seem to think for himself. You always have that one. Even in real life. Hopefully, he comes around. The characters as a whole are pretty amazing. They all have their own little quirks and for such a large cast of characters, I was surprised that I grew to really like each of them for different reasons. I highly recommend this series to all fantasy/paranormal romance fans. This has been such an amazing series so far. I'm ready for more!

My Review:

Centaur Legacy is the second book in the Touched Series by Nancy Straight. You need to read the first book before reading this second book. There is too much that you would miss if you skipped it. This book was every bit as good as the first one, if not better. It kept me on my toes. There was always something happening to fully keep my attention. It's not often a book surprises me, but something pretty big takes place that I didn't see coming at all. At least not like THAT. I enjoyed traveling with Camille and Drake and learning new information right along with them. It made it feel like I was a part of the story and running off to all these places with them. (It's cool Drake, just hide me in a suitcase! You won't even know I'm here!) You really get to see what Cami and Drake are made of in this story, and it makes me love them that much more.

Things are about to get tougher for these characters, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

My Review:

Blood Debt is the first book in the Touched Series by Nancy Straight. I loved this book! LOVED it! From the very beginning I was glued to this world of Centaurs, forbidden loves, and mythology. The story brought mythological creatures to present day and made them feel very real and believable. The character and story building was flawless. I felt like I became a part of Camille's life while reading. The romances were sweet and they were also dramatic in a sense, but not in a bad way. There were unexpected twists and moments of pure shock! I love when a book surprises me. The Centaurs feel very strongly and that crossed over to the reader. They really brought out your emotions. From extreme anger to sadness to happiness and love and back again. Blood Debt had me giggling and crying and sometimes both on the same page! Nancy Straight has a new fan!
