My Review:
I've been curious about Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter for a while, but I never got around to reading it. With the movie coming out, I'm one of those people who has to read the book first. So, I did. I have to say, it was a very clever book. We all know vampires don't exist, but this story made them seem very real as it fit the vampires in and around historical happenings. It's obvious the author put a lot of effort into this story, so that it all flowed together. It couldn't have been an easy feat, but he pulled it off. It was believable. I would zone out in parts where the political talk was heavy, but the vampire action kept me tuned in. This was an interesting read, and I'm glad I finally picked it up. My hubby and I will be going to see the movie tonight. So, we'll see how the two match up.
