Anything for You is the first book in the Connor Family series by Layla Hagen. First of all, I've had the song Anything for You by Gloria Estefan in my head for the last two days. Great song. I haven't heard the song in forever, but it's been in my head nonetheless. Okay so let's talk about the book. I can already tell I'm going to love the Connor's as much as the Bennett's. I wonder if they adopt people like the Bennett's do? *wink* 

Since his wife died, Landon has been all about work. She was his love. He never thought he'd find it again, and he wasn't looking. Maddie is busy with work too, but for different reasons. These two have some undeniable chemistry, and they don't deny their attraction, but they both want to keep it casual. So, I guess you could say they start off as friends with benefits, and there are some definite steamy moments. These two were cute together. I loved Landon's protective nature. He had some presence too. I mean, he could really fill a room with his smolder, and the dude's fictional. So, hats off to the author for pulling that off. I've loved everything I've read by her so far, and I can't wait to read more.
