At Grave's End (Night Huntress #3) by Jeaniene Frost
Genre: Adult Fiction (Paranormal Romance)
Date Published: January 1, 2009
Publisher: Avon

Some Things Won’t Stay Buried … At Grave’s End

It should be the best time of half-vampire Cat Crawfield’s life. With her undead lover Bones at her side, she’s successfully protected mortals from the rogue undead. But though Cat’s worn disguise after disguise to keep her true identity a secret from the brazen bloodsuckers, her cover’s finally been blown, placing her in terrible danger.

As if that wasn’t enough, a woman from Bones’s past is determined to bury him once and for all. Caught in the crosshairs of a vengeful vamp, yet determined to help Bones stop a lethal magic from being unleashed, Cat’s about to learn the true meaning of bad blood. And the tricks she’s learned as a special agent won’t help her. She will need to fully embrace her vampire instincts in order to save herself – and Bones – from a fate worse than the grave.

At Grave's End by Jeaniene Frost is the third book in the Night Huntress series. There is always something going on in this book... this whole series really. And, sometimes things sneak up on you. Cat's mom always makes me mad, but there are some pretty great, not to mention funny, moments involving her this time around. That's the thing with this book too... it's funny. It's not always drama or horror. It has humor, and quite a bit of it. Speaking of which, Bones has some great lines. He always does!

Jeaniene Frost is the New York Times, USA Today, and international bestselling author of the Night Huntress series, the Night Prince series, the Broken Destiny series, and the new Night Rebel series. To date, foreign rights for her novels have sold to twenty different countries. Jeaniene lives in Florida with her husband Matthew, who long ago accepted that she rarely cooks and always sleeps in on the weekends. Aside from writing, Jeaniene enjoys reading, poetry, watching movies with her husband, exploring old cemeteries, spelunking and traveling – by car. Airplanes, children, and cook books frighten her.
