A Deadly Obsession by Vi Carter reminded me of a dark version of The Selection by Kiera Cass. You can't really trust anyone. When you think one character is super bad, you find that there is worse or that maybe what you thought was sinister, wasn't all it seemed. Men. Women. Didn't matter. There were a lot of questionable characters walking around, and I still don't fully know what's going on, but it has me intrigued, so, I'm going to have to grab the next book!
