Tour! A Review and Giveaway of Soul Oath by Juliana Haygert

Soul Oath (Everlast #2) by Juliana Haygert
Genre: New Adult (Fantasy Romance)
Publication Date: November 25. 2013
Publisher: Self

WARNING! If you haven't read Destiny Gift (Everlast #1), the following blurb contains spoilers.

It’s been three months since Nadine last heard from Victor, Micah or Ceris, allowing her to concentrate on her own life. But until Victor and Micah find the scepters that will restore them as true gods, their human bodies will require her healing touch and it’s only a matter of time until they wreak havoc on her life again.

As if to prove that, Victor shows up at the hospital dragging along with him a swarm of demons. Nadine is forced to flee to safety. Despite her attempts to keep her loved ones protected, the demons find her, and they bring her to Imha, the goddess of Chaos.

Now, confronted by her greatest fear, Nadine finds a new motivation. Vengeance. And when seeking revenge, no risk is too great, including her own life.

Soul Oath is the second book in the Everlast Series by Juliana Haygert. Everything I loved about the first book only got better with this book. I'm really enjoying this series, and this book was so darn hard to put down. There was "someone" that I figured out pretty early on, but I held on to hope that I was wrong. I wasn't. We get to know new characters complete with allies and betrayals. And the characters we already know as the bad guys?? They get worse! There was a moment or two that completely shocked me. The story was non-stop.

Nadine has a good head on her shoulders. Even when she's uncertain she follows her instincts. I'm officially Team Micah. No question. I love how he interacts with Nadine. Through the authors writing, I can perfectly picture the smoldering looks he gives her. *sigh* I was excited to find out that there is a novella completely from Micah's point of view. He likes to joke around, but at the same time he has this intensity to him that is intoxicating, and I want to know what's really going on in his head. I'll be grabbing that baby as soon as it's released. I'm hooked on this series! I highly recommend it!
